iPhone failures are almost always the app, and the most common cause is one Apple-specific thing most people have never heard of. Run through this in order and you will usually fix it without touching the account.
The app that worked last week now will not open
If the app was installed through TestFlight, it expired. TestFlight builds die after 90 days and then refuse to launch, with no warning beyond the icon doing nothing. The fix is to reinstall the current build from the provider, not to reset your phone or your password.
The guide will not refresh
iOS blocks background network activity in Low Power Mode, and the guide download quietly fails while everything else looks fine. Turn Low Power Mode off, open the app, and pull the guide down again. This one is responsible for a surprising number of “the guide worked yesterday” tickets.
Streams buffer or drop when the screen locks
iOS suspends apps in the background, and a stream will drop when the phone locks unless the player holds a background audio entitlement. Keep the screen awake during playback, or use a player that advertises background playback explicitly.
The app was removed and now it will not come back
Apple removes IPTV players from the App Store without warning, and a deleted app cannot be reinstalled from the store once it is gone. This is why the provider’s own install page matters more than the App Store listing. Reinstall from the link the provider issues, not from search.
Playlist loads on Android but not iPhone
The app store build of many players caps playlist size. A 12,000-channel list gets truncated on the iOS build where the Android build handles it. Trim to favourites and the problem disappears.
When it actually is the account
Same login, a second device, different network, same failure: that pattern is the account or the line, not the phone. Everything before this point was fixable on the device.
Plan prices, if you are still deciding, are on the página de precios. The 36-hour trial needs no card and runs on iPhone: novaiptv.to/free-trial.
